2.  In paragraph 10 after "presumption" insert "of advancement".

3.  In paragraph 17 in the last sentence should read "net proceeds of sale".

4.  In paragraph 63 in the third sentence should read "after which" instead of "afterwards".

5.  In paragraph 63 in the first sentence replace "anger" with "also".

6.  In paragraph 87 the eighth sentence should read "She explained she had adopted what her father said about this in his statement."

7.  In paragraph 91 the first and second sentences should be conjoined with "but".

8.  In paragraph 104 in the second sentence should read "what he did or did not do".

9.  In paragraph 117 in the second sentence "when" replace with "whereas".

10.  In paragraph 130 in the first sentence should read "Amy's funeral".
