______________ JUDGMENT 1.This is a debtor’s self-petition for bankruptcy presented by Mr Yu Tat Chi, Alan, on 8 May 2015. 2.Mr Yu used to be represented by solicitors. At the first hearing on 23 June 2015, his solicitors asked for an adjournment to answer the requisitions from the court. The proceedings were then adjourned to 14 July 2015. 3.On 14 July 2015 his solicitors sought another adjournment on the ground that they could not get instructions from him. Proceedings were then adjourned to 11 August 2015. 4.On 11 August 2015 his solicitors again sought an adjournment on the ground that they would be applying to cease to act for him. The proceedings were then adjourned to 15 September 2015. 5.He did not appear on 15 September 2015. The proceedings were then adjourned to 6 October, and then to 13 October and, finally, to 27 October, but he was absent on all three occasions. 6.He is also absent today. 7.I dismiss his petition with costs to the Official Receiver. 8.I also order him to pay costs at HK$5,300 to the Official Receiver to be deducted from the deposit.
