1. On 7 August 2013, the applicant was under the employment of the respondent and was assigned by the respondent to collect a cargo at Terminal 1, Container Port Road, Kwai Chung, New Territories. He was hit by a forklift whilst pulling a cargo and as a result he sustained personal injuries.
