As amended this document will not contain the existing ground 3 and ground 2 will be reformulated. I am satisfied that in respect of all of the grounds of appeal contained in the Amended Perfected Grounds of Appeal Against Conviction and Sentence, the 2nd applicant has reasonably arguable grounds of appeal against both conviction and sentence. 2.I therefore grant leave to the 2nd applicant to appeal both his conviction and sentence on all the grounds contained in the Amended Perfected Grounds of Appeal Against Conviction and Sentence.
