(1)  Line H – I at paragraph 74 should read as follows:

“Mr Adick promises to pay the deposits to Grosvenor in the stipulated sums of £100,000 and £250,000.”

Page 38

(2)  Line G – H at paragraph 94 should read as follows:

“Mr Adick must give credit for £50,000 received as part of the settlement with the 2nd, 3rd and 4th defendants. In the result therefore, I award Mr Adick the sum of £300,000.”
