1. The applicants (A1 and A2) [1] applied for leave to appeal against their conviction of one joint charge of ‘conspiracy to defraud’ (Charge 1). On his own, A2 applied for leave to appeal against his conviction of one further charge of ‘money laundering’ (Charge 2). Having heard submissions, I dismissed their applications.
