The Plaintiff has issued two originating summonses seeking declarations that shareholders’ resolutions appointing in the case of ( a ) General Target Development Limited (“ GT ”) the 2 nd Defendant, who is his daughter in law (“ Cana ”), as a director and in the case of ( b ) Dalny Estates Limited (“ Dalny ”) appointing Cana and his daughter Kathleen as directors and MC Yip Secretarial Limited as company secretary, are invalid.
