These proceedings concern the 1 st and 2 nd Applicants’ claim for maintenance pursuant to Section 4 of the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Ordinance, Cap.481 (“IO”) taken out by Madam T, the mother of the Applicants and the former wife of the late Mr. K, with whom the marriage was dissolved on 17 June 2013 by the Family Court.
