1. This is an application by the Director of Lands to strike out the Notice of Appeal for disclosing no arguable points of law. The appellant is absent today. We do not propose to repeat the same reasons we gave in the other two appeals, Civil Appeal No. 201 of 1996 and Civil Appeal No. 218 of 1996. Suffice it for us to say, for the very same reasons, that the ground given in the Notice of Appeal is not appealable and the appeal is not competent. Accordingly, the appellant's Notice of Appeal is

1. This is an application by the Director of Lands to strike out the Notice of Appeal for disclosing no arguable points of law. The appellant is absent today. We do not propose to repeat the same reasons we gave in the other two appeals, Civil Appeal No. 201 of 1996 and Civil Appeal No. 218 of 1996. Suffice it for us to say, for the very same reasons, that the ground given in the Notice of Appeal is not appealable and the appeal is not competent. Accordingly, the appellant's Notice of Appeal is struck out as is her appeal.
