The paragraph 3 on page 2 Line M,

“At the conclusion of that hearing the judge ordered the forfeiture of this money pursuant to section 56(1) of the Dangerous Drugs Ordinance, Cap 134.”

should read

“At the conclusion of that hearing the judge ordered the forfeiture of this money and the mobile phone pursuant to section 56(1) of the Dangerous Drugs Ordinance, Cap 134.”
