1. This is an appeal from the decision of Deputy Judge Wong given on 14 July 2000. The application before the Deputy Judge was an application to continue a mareva injunction which had been granted ex parte. The defendant had applied to discharge it. In the result, the Deputy Judge discharged the injunction.
