2. 傳票指，上訴人於2017年1月12日下午6時50分，於觀塘道近康寧道在道路上不小心駕駛展示登記號碼PB 8070的私家車，違反《道路交通條例》第374章第 38(1) 條。上訴人否認傳票告發，經審訊後裁判官裁定上訴人不小心駕駛罪罪名成立。上訴人不服定罪裁決，提出上訴。
