1.In the Decision of the above case given by the Court of First Instance on 30 November 2017, the corrections read as follows:

(1) Page 3, paragraph 4(4), line 6,

“even not” should be replaced by “not even”.

(2) Page 9, paragraph 24, line 10,

“itself” should be replaced by “themselves”. 

(3) Page 10, paragraph 28, line 8,

“ Anton Piller are orders and other injunctive orders may be and very regularly granted” should be replaced by

“ Anton Piller orders and other injunctive orders may be and very regularly are granted”.

(4) Page 10, paragraph 29, line 2,

“even” should be deleted.

(5) Page 13, paragraph 39, line 1,

“referred” should be replaced by “refers”.  

(6) Page 14, paragraph 41, line 12,

“in litigation before the Court”.

(7) Page 18, paragraph 48, line 6,
