1. These appeals were from judgments and orders of Deputy High Court Judge Tong SC, dated 21 May and 18 June 2002 respectively. By the first judgment the deputy judge struck out the statement of claim in this action and dismissed the action subject to the fact that he gave the plaintiff 21 days to reformulate its claim in respect of what were referred to as the "Wantong" and "Life Circle" transactions.
