This is a personal injury claim brought by the plaintiff against the defendant in respect of an accident happened on 6 December 2014 in which the plaintiff sustained serious injury to his left eye resulting in loss of a larger portion of iris (“the Accident”). The quantum of damages has been agreed at HK$800,000 and the trial is only concerned with the issue of liability.
