3. 案發期間，女受害人從業主劉女士租住了控罪書中的村屋，之後受害人透過網上論壇認識了被告人。被告人稱無處容身，於6月初，被告人於上址暫住，並於6月20日自行遷出上址。於事發當日，劉女士接受受害人的要求，更換了上址的門鎖。
