1. This is an appeal from a judgment of Deputy High Court Judge Poon given on 16 July 2003 whereby he ordered that the 1st and 2nd plaintiffs should give security for costs in this action in the sum of HK$450,000. At the conclusion of the hearing of this appeal this court reserved its judgment which we now give.
