1. This is the 1 st to 4 th respondents’ application to transfer the present equal opportunities claim to the Court of First Instance under section 42 of the District Court Ordinance, Cap 336. Their ground is that the EO claim should be heard together with another action commenced by the 1 st respondent against the claimant in HCA 1713 of 2017 which concerns the same subject-matter.
