2. 控方案情指出，涉案的單位是在深水埗鴨寮街206號4樓（3字樓）（簡稱單位）。2017年3月20日，單位的事主把單位鎖上，然後搬往他處居住。大約八個月後，單位事主和家人在2017年11月28日早上返回單位，但無法打開前門的木門，於是單位的事主報警。
