1. By its judgment dated 27 July 2018, [1] the Court of Appeal upheld the decision of Bharwaney J, [2] in which he held the 2 nd and 4 th Defendants (“ the Defendants ”) liable for breach of trust on the basis of gross negligence, ordering them to pay equitable compensation to the 3 rd and 4 th Plaintiffs (“ the Plaintiffs ”) in an amount to be assessed, with consequential directions relating to such assessment.
