1. 上訴人被控一項「猥褻侵犯」罪 [1] 。案發在2018年4月14日早上近9時，上訴人在屯門康麗花園麥當勞快餐店內涉嫌非禮事主。經審訊後，葉啟亮裁判官(下稱「 裁判官 」)裁定他罪名成立，判入獄14日。上訴人已服刑完畢，現就定罪提出上訴。
