1. 被告人被控共四項控罪。控罪一至控罪三為入屋犯法罪，違反香港法例第210章《盜竊罪條例》第11（1）（b）及（4）；控罪四則為抗拒執行職責的警務人員，違反香港法例第232章《警隊條例》第63條。
