1. On 22 November 2019 I handed down judgment in an appeal against a decision of Master Eliza Chang in which she gave leave to the plaintiff to serve a concurrent Writ of Summons out of the jurisdiction on,amongst others, the 3 rd defendant. I dismissed the appeal.
