This is an action recently commenced by the plaintiff against the defendants for an injunction to restrain use or continued use of “any of the information” of the companies listed in the schedule thereto, to make copies of such information and to incite or procure or instigate others to do such acts. There are also claims for delivery up of the information referred to above, and for damages to be assessed.
