In our judgment handed down on 9 April 2020 (“the CA Judgment”), we partially allowed the respondents’ appeals and dismissed the applicants’ cross appeals against the judgment (“the Judges’ Judgment”) and decision (“the Judges’ Decision”) of G Lam and Chow JJ (collectively, “the Judges”) in HCAL 2945 and 2949/2019, respectively dated 18 and 22 November 2019.
