1. There were 2 defendants (D1 and D2) and both were convicted on their own pleas. There was a 3 rd defendant (D3) who pleaded guilty earlier and was sentenced by another court on 29 October 2019. This matter concerns only D1 and it is an application by the prosecution against her for a confiscation order, pursuant to Section 8 of the Organised and Serious Crimes Ordinance, Cap 455 (“OSCO”).
