These are appeals by a wife in matrimonial (ancillary) proceedings, by leave of the judge, from the judgment of HH Judge Surman given on 20 January and orders made by him on that date and on 18 February, 1993, respectively, whereby he declined to order either further and better particulars of the husband's affirmation of means or the transfer of the cause to the High Court. The wife seeks orders to the contrary.
