By these proceedings, Madam Imelda Quinto Abong (“ Applicant ”) applies to the Court for an order under section 20 of the Coroners Ordinance (“ Ordinance ”), that an inquest be held into the death of her elder sister, Madam Leonita Arcillas Quinto (“ Deceased ”), since the coroner failed to hold such an inquest.
