This is a claim by the plaintiff against the defendants arising out of a road traffic accident occurred on 30 June 2014 (“the Accident”) involving the motorcycle driven by the plaintiff (“the Motorcycle”) and the private car driven by the 1 st defendant (“the Private Car”). Originally, the plaintiff’s claim was for both personal injuries to the plaintiff and the property damage to the Motorcycle.
