1. There are two summonses taken out by the plaintiff before this court (in CAMP 137/2022 and CAMP 182/2022 respectively), both arising from the action below (HCA 404/2018). That action is a claim by the plaintiff alleging breaches of trust by the 1 st defendant, who is the trustee of a trust established for the benefit of members of the family of the late Mr Lo Ying Shek.
