These are applications by the plaintiffs and the defendant to vary the costs order nisi made in paragraph 61 of my Decision dated 19 October 2022 (“the Decision”) following the defendant’s successful appeal from the order of Master Lam dated 31 May 2022. The order nisi made was of costs in favour of the defendant with certificate for counsel, such costs to be summarily assessed and payable forthwith (“the costs order”).
