1. On 29 November 2022, this court handed down the written judgment after trial in the present action (“Judgment”), whereby the claim of the 1 st Applicant (“Madam Z”) was dismissed and a total sum of HKD3,240,000 (“Judgment Sum”) was ordered to be paid out of the net estate of the Deceased for maintenance of the 2 nd and 3 rd Applicants (collectively, “Children”). An order nisi on costs ( “ Order Nisi”) was also made. The abbreviations in the Judgment are adopted herein.
