This is an appeal from an order of Jerome Chan, J., made on Friday, 24 March 1995 at 6:30 p.m., whereby the defendants, the owners of the vessel "Lady Muriel", were ordered to permit the plaintiffs, the charterers, to inspect the vessel, then lying at anchor in Hong Kong, on the terms set out in the order. The judge refused the owners' request to stay the operation of his order pending an appeal from it; and such are the law's delays here that it took the best part of an hour before the owner
