1. The defendants have entered pleas of guilty to the four charges on this amended indictment. The 1 st charge is a charge of theft against the 2 nd accused only. The 2 nd charge being one of theft against both accused. The 3 rd charge being one of burglary against the 1 st accused and the 4 th charge being a charge of handling stolen goods against the 2 nd accused only.
