At the hearing of the petition presented by Guan Chubin, the petitioner (“ Petitioner ”) on 14 September 2023 (as amended on 5 January 2024) (“ Petition ”) seeking to wind up Imperial Pacific International Holdings Limited [1] (“ Company ”) on insolvency ground, I made the usual winding-up order against the Company.
