1. The Defendant (“D”) pleaded not guilty to one count of “Burglary”, contrary to section 11(1)(b) and (4) of the Theft Ordinance, Cap 210 and one count of “Assaulting a police officer in the due execution of his duty”, contrary to section 36(b) of the Offences against the Person Ordinance, Cap 212.
