This is an application by Madam Hoang Thi Phuong (“Applicant”) for leave to apply for judicial review of the decision of the Torture Claims Appeal Board (“Board”) dated 25 March 2020 (“Board’s Decision”) when the Board affirmed the decision of the Director of Immigration (“Director”) dated 16 July 2018 (“DOI Decision”) in refusing the Applicant’s claim for non-refoulement protection (“Claim”).
