1. 於2023年4月8日晚上，警方人員於福來邨搜查一輛私家車，在車上乘客位地下搜獲67小包可卡因及6小包氯胺酮。其時第一被告正坐在汽車的司機位上，而第二被告則坐在乘客位上。
