________________ D E C I S I O N ________________ 1.I have before me a bankruptcy petition presented in August 2024 and subsequently amended in October. The Petitioner relies on an unpaid judgment from the Small Claims Tribunal and also a very small claim from the Lands Tribunal. 2.A statutory demand was served on 26 June 2024 and the petition has already been heard twice on 8 and 21 October 2024. The debtor appeared in person at both hearings. Having heard from the debtor Ms Fu today, it seems to me that no sensible proposal for repayment is being made by her. The Petitioner asked me to make an immediate bankruptcy order and in the circumstances I considered it appropriate to do so.
