3. 2023年9月7日，警方在葵涌嘉慶路旭逸雅捷酒店‧荃灣進行反毒品行動，並且在酒店的17樓梯間埋伏及進行觀察。同日約10時51分，警員24937及其他警務人員看見被告離開酒店房間1705，於是將他截停。警員向被告搜身，在身上找到1705室的酒店匙卡。
