By his Form 86 dated 2 October 2024, the Applicant seeks leave to apply for judicial review so as to challenge a review result (“Review Decision”) dated 24 November 2023, of the decision made on 14 April 2023 (“Original Decision”) to cancel the Applicant’s position on the Waiting List as an applicant for Public Rental Housing (“PRH”).
