____________________________ CORRIGENDUM ____________________________ Kindly note that the following correction in the Judgment handed down by Deputy High Court Judge K.W. Lung： 1.Paragraph 5 of the Judgment should read: "The applicants asked for a hearing. They appeared before the Court on 2 December 2024.". 2.Paragraph 22, line 1: should read: "As mentioned in paragraph 3, this application is late.". 3.Paragraph 26, line 8 should read: "issues, which were not brought to the Board's attention because of lack of legal representation.". 4.Paragraph 30 should read: " I refuse to extend time for the 1st and 2nd applicants to apply for leave to apply for judicial review of the Board's 1st Decision and I dismiss the 3rd applicant's application for leave for judicial review of the Board's 2nd Decision.
