1. The Plaintiff, which between April 1988 and February 1993 was called Lee Siu-Fung & Co. Limited (“ Company ”), was placed into compulsory liquidation by order of the court dated 9 May 2000. The first liquidators were Gabriel Tam and Alan Tang of KPMG. In November 2001 Mr Tang left KPMG and subsequently ceased to be one of the liquidators. By an order dated 2 June 2016 Mr Tang was reappointed, together with Terry Kan, as a Liquidator of the Company replacing KPMG. Mr Tang remains a liquidator
