1. There are certainly quite a few inconsistencies in those reports in terms of what this appellant has told various people. It seems to me that those inconsistencies may be symptomatic of the attitude to which the psychologist's report referred, which is that this appellant has had difficulty coming to terms with his negative emotions and unwanted thoughts rather than dealing with them adequately. He thinks that the defendant needs professional help to attend to his emotions and sexual needs an
