D E C I S I O N

1.The Plaintiff issued an originating summons on 27th August 2024 seeking an order for delivery of vacant possession of the Defendant’s property and sale thereof pursuant to RHC O.50 r.9A and O.88 r.5A, in order to enforce eleven charging orders absolute.

2.The Defendant has not appeared in these proceedings so far. I am satisfied that he has been served with the Originating Summons, Notice of Appointment to Hear the Originating Summons regarding today’s hearing, and the Plaintiff’s 1st and 2nd affirmations in support of the Originating Summons.

3.I am satisfied that the Plaintiff’s affirmations have set out the matters as required under O.88 r.5A.

4.In the circumstances, I am satisfied that the Plaintiff is entitled to the relief sought, and I make an order in terms of the Originating Summons.
