Notice is hereby given that the following amendments be made to the Decision dated 10 February 2025:-

1.Page 2, paragraph 3, line N, “the defendant issued another summons seeking leave to amend the originating summons by adding further or alternative relief pursuant to O35, r2 RDC,” should be amended to read as “the defendant issued another summons seeking leave to amend the originating summons by adding further or alternative relief pursuant to O35, r2 RDC,”.

2.Page 2, paragraph 4, line S, “the learned Master granted the defendant leave to amend the originating summons (the “Amended Summons”)  but dismissed the Amended Summons.” should be amended to read as “the learned Master granted the defendant leave to amend the originating summons (the “Amended Summons”)  but dismissed the Amended Summons.”.

3.Page 4, paragraph 11, line L, “Between 6 November 2022 and 2 December 2002,” should be amended to read as “Between 6 November 2002 and 2 December 2002,”.

4.Page 29, paragraph 43, line L, “(2)  Where the setting aside of judgment would entail a complete retrial on matters of facts…” should be amended to read as “(3) Where the setting aside of judgment would entail a complete retrial on matters of facts…” and paragraphs (3)  to (7)  should be amended to read as paragraphs (4)  to (8).
