The defendant Chan On Sang is convicted, on his own plea and admission of facts, of one count of “dangerous driving”, contrary to section 37 of the Road Traffic Ordinance, Cap 374, and one count of “possession of dutiable goods”, contrary to sections 17(6) and 46(3) of the Dutiable Commodities Ordinance, Cap 109.
