1. At the conclusion of the appeal, we dismissed the Plaintiff’s appeal and ordered her to pay the costs of the 2 nd Defendant on indemnity basis to be summarily assessed. We also gave directions for the 2 nd Defendant to file a statement of costs within seven days and the Plaintiff to file a statement of objection within seven days thereafter.
