J U D G M E N T

1. This is an appeal against sentence, the sentence being one of two months' imprisonment passed on this Appellant, a man in his early 30's, by J. Lam Esquire sitting in the Magistrate's Court at North Kowloon on 2nd May 1997 following his plea of guilty to one charge of managing a vice establishment contrary to Section 139(1)(b) of the Crimes Ordinance, Cap. 200.

2. His general grounds of appeal are that his sentence was too severe. Having considered the evidence and authorities cited to me, I am satisfied that Appellant has not been dealt with too severely at all.

3. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed.
