1. On 13 October 2025, the applicant appeared before the Court and applied for withdrawal of the application for judicial review of the Board’s Decision dated 22 August 2023. She submitted that she wanted to return to Indonesia and she had no problem there. As such, the applicant’s application is devoid of merit.
